David Parrish is an accomplished Human Resources professional who has more than 25 years in the field.  David worked his way through each HR discipline and eventually became a Generalist, where he worked his way up to become a Vice-President of Human Resources in a publicly traded company. 

David's experience spans across multiple industries and he has been involved in start-ups that grew to $100M+ in revenue, not-for-profits where he helped grow from 50 ee's to 200+ ee's and $500M in annual revenue, all the way up through fortune 50 companies.  His expansive career has had him being the lone HR person at a start-up, to a point in which he had a staff of 30+ HR professionals, supporting nearly 7,000 employees and managing a budget of more than $5M. 

He is currently an HR Consultant for SevenStar HR, and runs his own HR Consulting business, DLP Consulting, LLC.
